Goods returns

In the first instance if you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us by email detailing any problems you have prior to returning an item. When contacting us please give your full contact details, including name address and telephone number. Please also include your order number and brief description of why you are not completely satisfied. Our customer service team will then make contact with you to resolve the situation and where applicable give you a goods return code.

Please note we cannot accept returns of mixed paint and special fill aerosols under any circumstances. We will mix your colour order in line with information supplied at the time of order and cannot accept any responsibility for colour discrepancies.

Once you have received your returns code you may return the item in line with the procedure set out below.

Faulty goods

In the unlikely event of finding an item is faulty then we will either provide a suitable replacement product or refund the purchase price. The item should be returned within seven days of delivery and you must provide full proof of purchase when returning.

If you request a refund of the purchase price this will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item and are satisfied with the reason for return.

General Returns

If you find that an item ordered is not suitable for your requirements then it may be returned for refund subject to certain terms and conditions. This refund will be for the purchase price only and will not include original delivery costs. General return items must be returned to vinnybyrne.com within seven days of delivery. Items should be in unopened packaging and in fully resalable condition. We cannot accept returns of items where packaging has been damaged or where the item is not suitable for resale.

Returns information

When making a return in addition to the suitably packaged item, please include; your name address and contact details, your order number and the date your order was placed.
