BESAGLASS® 2K UHS Clear Lacquer Kit (7.5lt total) NEW FORMULA

Description

• Choice of 3 hardeners: fast E-247, medium E243 & fast E-245 slow
• Kit contains, 5lts 2K UHS Besaglass clearcoat and 2.5ltrs of Hardener (7.5lt in total)
• An Ultra-High Solid (UHS) 2K Clear lacquer
• Mixing ratio 2:1 add 10-15% thinner Besasol8229.
• High gloss finish from the gun.
• Can be sanded to remove any dirt or scratches, can then be polished to a high gloss finish
• Outstanding for its anti-scratch qualities  (Car-Wash tested) and fuel resistant
• Easy application and speed of drying.
• Infra red dry 12 – 15 mins

Surface preparation

Sprayed directly over the basecoat (both solvent and water-based) after at least 30 min from its application. When using water-based undercoats it is very important to ensure that the water has completely evaporated before applying the clearcoat.

Apply two crossed coats with an interval of 5 to 10 min. to allow flash-off. Depending on the painting conditions, great results are also possible by applying a lighter plus a full coat. Recommended nozzle: 1.3mm/1.4mm
