– Permits valve springs and valve stem oil seals to be replaced without the need to remove the cylinder head when used in conjunction with Model No. VS1601 Compressed Air Adaptor.
– Reversible jaw adaptor and automatic cam-action lock to preset spring tension.
– Suitable for use on a wide range of OHV, OHC and CVH engines.

– Note: Not suitable for engines with deep-seated valves.
